Loads of fresh snow today above about 250 metres. Very poor visibility on the hill.
Still layers of graupel creating instabilities within the snowpack, especially where being overloaded which significant amounts of fresh windslab.

It had snowed down to valley level this morning although it warmed slightly this afternoon.
Drifts are to be found in any sheltered locations but most aspects have also got very scoured areas as well.
Looking down to the ski area. Excellent ski-ing where there is new snow.
Graupel was noted in the snowpack. This may have an influence on stability if buried in forecasted snow.

Buachaille Etive Mor looks a bit more wintry now.

It was a bit warmer today than forecast and pretty well rained most of the morning.
I went up to Coire nan Lochan again today as it's a good way to the snowline. There was a few guided groups in again today enjoying the 'winter ' conditions.
